Quite simply a fun, groovy and light hearted yoga class - followed by cake (welcome/encouraged to bring a bake if you wish) Yoga, cake, new friends, old friends, good times! 🥂

This get together is held in King George’s Park, just a short 5 minute walk away from our studio.
