Pregnancy + Postnatal Offerings

We are here at Cake & Yoga Club to support and serve up TLC through many different chapters of life. Our intention behind these offerings is not only to provide you with a space to indulge in calming, nourishing movement and mindfulness, but to provide a safe space to form the community we all need and deserve. We are proud to offer pregnancy and postnatal yoga and pilates, plus a monthly baby massage and social get together and hypnobirhting classes. You’ll find all the timings for these classes below…

Pregnancy Yoga & Pilates

Wednesday, 7:45 - 8:30pm, Pregnancy Pilates

Thursday, 5:30 - 6:15pm, Pregnancy Yoga

Friday, 10:30 - 11:30am, Pregnancy Yoga

All suitable from 13 weeks onwards.

Postnatal Yoga & Pilates

Monday, 10 - 10:45am, Postnatal Pilates

Tuesday, 10:30 - 11:15am, Postnatal Yoga

All suitable beyond the 6 week check, babies welcome.

Hypnobirthing course, Baby Massage & Gatherings

We are very proud to present a hypnobirthing course led by Indi. This course is spread out across two Sundays, is six hours long in total and kept to a small, supportive group of parents. This course has many wonderful extras, including 15% off all CAYC classes.

Getting together to learn, move and connect is such a joyful occasion at the club. Each month we host a baby massage, yoga and social event. The next gathering is on Friday 28th June from 2:30 - 4:30pm. If you’d like to come along, you can book here.
